I've searched everywhere but can't find a dealer that would have new metal tailgates for these trucks. Does such a vendor exist??

I picked up this '82 for my son (now 12) and we are going to strip and rebuild over next 4 years and then it will be his when he turns 16.

I finally came across one called Toyota Overstock Parts…it looks like they might have them. Does anyone have any experience dealing with these guys??

By the way Slacker…nice looking truck!! I'm also going to be looking for a topper/cap for this '82. Obviously it's pretty tough to find one designed for this truck…are there any new ones designed for other trucks that would fit the same??
