If you poke around you'll likely find even the guys that upgraded to the ct26 are still using these.

Have you considered rebuilding it or brazing the holes closed?

What do you mean by "rusted in half"? Is that a photo of what you have on hand?

Braze a pressure fitting olive onto the end and get a longer section of hose, if so.

If it is legit rusted in half its a similar situation. You just need a flaring tool or to braze a lip on to the end that will keep your hose clamp feoma slipping over it.

If it's rusted through with pin holes you can take some brazing rod and a torch and seal those up.

If it's gnarly like uhh, granny's coochy (sorry), drill the pipe out of the flange and put a new one in it..

Or pretty sure you can find something on eBay, there are plenty of ct20 parts available there for these that are duplicated from the gaskets. You can do this with a propane torch your deathwheel and a bit of scrap metal and tube..

Like I was saying that the ct26 swap uses these parts also so most likely if some one took a ct20 off they reused these fittings on the ct26.

Hey yes if you look at the photo the nipple section rusted right off in a perfect circle. The smaller piece just disintegrated when I finally got it out of the hose... like you said with it being the same outlet for other applications its tough to find. I like the idea of adding a flare I didnt even cross my mind. I ran it like above for a few months but had to pull the turbo so I thought its a perfect time to fix it.
Ive looked on ebay for the past month plus with nothing not even a "completed listing" section... Its like they never existed!!
