Coil/Igniter is completely missing from my truck so I do not know the part number or if it was ID 53 or ID 65.

If anyone can tell me the difference between the ID numbers please let me know!

Are you looking specifically for a 4runner shift knob, or just a 5 speed one?
I have some from newish scions that we replaced all the time at the dealer for "TRD" or whatever aftermarket knobs they wanted installed.
They are basic toyota 5 speed plastic knobs if that will work.
Let me know and I will get pics.
