wire adapter for electric brake 03 4runner

I'm looking for the part number for this, it states in the owners manual that there is a jumper wire harness that connects the electric brake controller to the existing wiring, my local toyota dealer has no clue. thanks

I did not have one on my '01, had to be hard wired in.
