I either need to crank up the front coilovers up another 1-2", or remove the 1" block from the rear.

Thoughts?

There is no going down. I say up you go. Just watch the CV angles.

It looks great.

This picture brings a question to mind. I have wheeled with 2 new Tacos and really thought they would do better than they did. In the picture it shows that you have shocks outside the frame rails which makes it handle on the road much better. I wonder if this is however limiting rear articulation for off roading?
Just curious!

I had a feeling the AAL and 1" block would do that... I guess start cranking up the front, and get some diff drop spacers if you don't have any to help the CV angles. I think your best bet would be to just lose the 1" block rather than having to worry about the CV angle.

It looks better back high, leave as is. Plus if you put gear in the back it won't have rear sag

Another benefit of leaving it high in the back if you do is that when you load it with gear for a trip or camping etc... it will level out instead of sag.

My vote is remove AAL, I dislike them, and throw a little longer shackle on.

Gotcha.....that would be the best.

But if you want to save $$, I think a 1" block is much better than AAL's. And I am sure someone is making shackles for the taco already.

true. I would check with all-pro on the shackles. Sorry if I wasnt clear. I just think that doing it right would be best...costly but best.

didn't get new leafs because I needed to retain stock towing...

plus, AAL should make the rear a little stiffer for when I have it loaded with gear.

block was added to give it another inch ride height.

How do aftermarket leaves affect towing? The leaves I had made actually allow me to tow more, well to the rating but I sag less with max tounge weight?

leave it as is or crank up the coil overs a little more, going down would be a waste, a diff drop and crank the coilovers seems like the best solution

Wheeler's quoted that 10-leaf pack would decrease towing and would sag alot with any type of tongue weight.

Talk to Alcan, or deaver....I wonder what the allpro ones are like. Looks like wheelers are made just for flex, not everyday apps.
