Rear Door Ladder

Has anyone seen rear door ladder for 4th Gen.?
It's will be cool to have one of those:

I can't find JAOS for 4Runner/HiluxSurf.
I thought someone else making them too.

Jason doesn't have one for 4th Gen. Jaos making them for Prado, LC80, LC100.

I think companies stop making ladders for 4runner because 4runner has a flip up tailgate instead of what Landcruiser or Prado have. THe weight of the ladder might add too much pressure on the tailgate shocks particularly during the winter time. I had one for my 3rd gen and it's made by a company called VERIO. AIBAworks had a lot of ladder for previous generations of 4runners too
