I'm not really up on the new 4Runners so I don't know they're spec'd.. But do the new ones have LED tail lights? I saw one the other day that had LEDs and it was beautiful! Nothing says modern like LED, if they're done right. Also if the tail light is LED is the blinker LED as well? One thing the Japanese manufacturers seem to be doing wrong is making an LED tail light then a standard bulb turn signal. BMW does it right w/ the whole setup being LEDs.

 

Yes, the new models have LED tail lights... Projection beam headlights as well.

Yup, the 2006 has LED tails but regular halogen turn signals (booooo!!!). Have you seen the new cadillac with the huge led turn signals? man you can see that thing turning 5 miles away.

 

The LEDs on the 2006 4Runner look great.. sux about the turn signal though. BMW's w/ LED turn signals are damn near blinding.. I think it looks cheap to have LED tail light w/ bulb turn signals. I wonder why the Japanese manufacturers are staying away from LED turn signals so far.
