Adding another toy to the stable!

Well, we finally pulled the trigger and bought an '07 Tacoma Dcab 4.0 4x4 TRD Offroad on saturday. We were tired of having three vehicles but only one that the carseat would fit in. It sucked to have to either rent or borrow a car when I would take the runner wheeling, plus the mileage sucks on the runner in town. So now my wife can drive around in style and I can officially make the runner mine. Plus when we go camping we have a choice of which fully capable vehicle to take, (probably depends on the type of wheeling we will be doing). Anyways here are some pics, we bought the supersport snugtop for it also, but it won't be here for a little while.

I know it looks like every other one you see, but we are pretty stoked on it!

Thanks guys! Now I have to clean up my '96 Mazda B2300 to sell. Anybody want it. It's 2wd but add a turbo, rear locker, and good suspension and it would rock in the dunes.

yes, just the two toys. The mazda has been a great truck considering it is really a ford.

Very nice indeed, congrats! They've really grown on me (pun intended).

BTW, is the neighbor interested in renting out his RV?

Quick Question, I thought the DC TRD package came with the Hood Scoop?
Or is there another package that I am looking over?

Thanks, I wouldn't mind if you took his RV. It blocks his big outside light that would shine on my driveway. It would shine right on my work truck which was nice and kept people from messing with all my tools. I guess I will have to get my own lighting out there now. It is a nice RV though!

Yotafun- the DC comes with a TRD Offroad Package and a TRD Sport package. The sport has the limited slip, hood scoop, and more street tuned suspension and tires. The offroad has more aggressive tire and suspension, and e-locker.

Ha ha, once the mazda is gone it will just be toys in the driveway. Sometime this week I will wash the runner and get some good side by side shots of the toys.

Very, very cool, Chris! The new Tacos really do have a tough look about them. Don't get me wrong, I love my 03, and don't have any plans of getting rid of it, but if I did... Actually, my wife and I were just discussing today about when we get her Civic paid off, getting her a 3rd Gen Runner... Then I'd really be in a quandry...which to mod and wheel. I guess I'd have to do both.

Anyway, BOT, looks very nice. By the way, hope you're not a longboarder, cause it sucks having half of my Becker 9'0" hanging out of my bed when I head to the waves...

I had to promise to not start modding this one for a long time, but that's okay. I have plenty to do on the runner and the trailer. Going to keep picking away at the trailer to make it a expedition machine. I am a longboarder, but the runner is mine so no problems there. I could imagine it would suck, my mazda has a 6' bed and it sucks with my 9' "Morty" board.
