2005 4runner won't crank.

Hey guys I have a problem, this morning while on my way to work my engine just cut off in the middle of traffic. I can turn the ignition but nothing, all the lights radio and gauges are working. I had the yota towed home and I begin to try and diagnosis the problem. First I checked all the fuses, relays and connections, still nothing. I check the starter by bypassing the relay, it works so I think it's not the starter

I replaced the ignition switch also. I do have a diagram of the ignition system also. What I found was that I'm getting power from the ignition switch going to the ECM via the blue and yellow wire. But I'm not getting anything from the black and yellow wire coming out of the ECM. Could I possibly have a bad ECM.?

Welcome to the Forum!

First what caused the Engine to Quit?? This is the first thing you need to find out.Answer this and it makes the rest easier to troubleshoot.
Does the Mil light come on with ignition switch in the on run position?? Did you pull any Codes was your device able to connect

What is the Voltage at the Battery??Terminals and Cables in Good Condition

Just how did you check the Starter relay and Fuses with a Meter? How did the coil on the Starter relay measure?

You are measuring the Black/Yellow wire with the ignition switch in crank position ?? Neutral Safety Switch working like it should??

Good Luck!
