12 Volt Outlet Problems!!

I have a 03 SR5 4RUNNER that I just bought used. I love it, my 1st yota and I am hooked. One problem with this truck is that both power outlets are dead. I have checked the fuses and they look good. I asked a dealer about the block in the main fuse box under the hood but they said that the small fuses would go 1st. I need my cell charger ( too bad ). So does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Your help is really appreciated since I don't know a hell of a lot. Thanks.

on the 3rd gens there is a separate fuse for the aux power versus the cig lighter, so there are 2 additional up front and a rear one, on its own fuse, this power also goes through a relay somewhere at some point, which is triggered by the ACC circuit... so check again for a fuse labelled "aux- something or other" and a relay, possibly both in the engine compartment.

Thanks Andrew, I appreciate your help. I'm going to check those fuses out a little better. I seen the ACC circuit in the engine compartment so maybe I will just replace it and go by elimination. I'll give it a go. Thanks.

The power outlets are switched on by the DC SKT relay, which gets power from the ACC fuse. The outlets are fused by the PWR OUTLET fuse. They are all on the fuse panel behind the dash, driver side. Looks like the relay might be on the back side, the fuses should be on the front. The ACC fuse controls about 20 different things so it's unlikely, so I would check the PWR OUTLET fuse first, and then the relay.
