lets be honest 98% of us on here drive our yota's as daily drivers....my point is that the zuk mod allows most "average joes" like us a chance at having a decent fix for cheap, we certainly wouldnt be putting coils on a straight axle yota with 40s, its all subjective obviously but to who ever thought of the zuk mod I thank you ten times over, btw my flex is fine thankyou

ATX...why not just get heavier duty coil springs? Far be it from me to tell you what to do to your truck...but man, all new leaf packs?? Seems like a waste. You could buy all new shocks and new coils for the same price as 2 leaf packs...with better results imo.

Are you talking to the OP or me? I'm basically going on a 30,000 mile road trip where parts can be difficult to source...a lot of that will be on washboard roads. I'm starting to get paranoid, thinking my 24 year old springs might not make the entire trip. HIGHONPOTTERY had a good point. It's kind of a gamble for me...I was thinking maybe do the OME light duty rear springs, then add ZUK coils in between to support the extra gear's weight. The more I research, I hear the Heavy kit can be way too stiff, even loaded down
