Maybe post some pics of the damage and then,.....be patient through the weekend, as they tend to be pretty dry on the 'response/input' end.

Best wishes....SORRY, not a body work guy! But I'll be watching!

i just looked threw my phone i dont have any pictures. i'm working in tx right now but i'll post them as soon as i get back.

i wrecked the truck about 6 months back, i want to gather information about how to fix it, i know they are not bolted on which will make this harder for me. but this was my grandfathers truck for as long as i can remember, so fixing it is very important to me.

right now my current project is a 2002 ss camaro. as soon as i'm done, i'll sell it and start with my yota.. i miss that truck so bad!

When i did this:

I ended up having to cut out the front crossmember.

I used a 9 ton come-along attached to a Dodge 2500 and basically pulled the front core support back out.
I wrapped the chain through a hole in the front support and used some 1/4" stock bar to spread the load..
Basically just pulled it back out to where the fenders fit lol.

For the fenders, i held em at the top and used my foot to push em back out..

And this is what i ended up with about a week and a half later.

think thats bad wait till i get home get a few pictures of mine.. i dont know if the bumper helped or hurt.. i think both.

that was a good job peow130, my lack of welding skill is going to make this harder for me. i had an aftermarket "replacement bumper that bent my front body mount brackets back. i was thinking of using a come along... i'm sure i'll get some good suggestions to fix this once pix are up. let me see if i can find a picture before i wrecked it.....
