Wiring for fuses wrong

My fuse box panel under the driver side is all wrong. I had burned out a fuse for my fog lights and didn't have any more fuses. I had taken the cgi lighter one out and carried on driving. But it was raining so I attempted to turn on my wipers they wouldn't work. My question is can toyota do anything about that or am I just going to have to deal with it?

Extremely doubtful that Toyota would fix your problem for you... for free, that is. I am sure they would be more than happy to take your $150/hour for labor to work through the wiring.

What do you mean your fuse block is wrong??

It is a complete harness all put in at one time if yours is wrong so are a bunch of other ones .

Then maybe someone put a cover off something else miss leading you. I could see that could happen quite easy

Is yours still under warranty??

I will need to tell my dealer there hourly rates are to low .

Are any of the trucks discussed on this board still under warranty? That would be some pretty serious customer service.

I admit that the $150/hour was a WAG. I know it was around $100 a few years ago in Iowa and tacked on a few years inflation and "location" fee.

i always have a hard time figuring out which fuse is which by looking at the label. i find myself turning the cover side ways till they line up fuse by fuse amps for amp. especially if some one put a 20 amp in a 10 or 15 amp slot. once i get it figured out i use a sharpie and write this side up. now i am sure to get the right fuse.

Having no idea if the Op just had work done be someone.

That could be under a warranty of sort.

I stand behind the work I do.
