Wire disconnected on driver side under kick panel??

Wire disconnected on driver side under kick panel??
1988 pickup, 22RE, automatic transmission, 2WD. There is a three-wire female connector on the driver side under the kick panel that is disconnected. It has a green, white and brown (or orange?) wire coming out of it. There are small stripes on them but I hesitate to mention those colors because I don't want to confuse anyone about their color because the stripes are so faded that it's difficult to be sure. Thanks for any help
