try either overadjusting the drivers side or just replace them, it looks like they're worn out

to the OP...i think if the torsion bar adjustment doesn't work, then you will have to get something like a 14" 100lb coil for the passenger side..and a 14" 125# coil for the driverside LOL

I recall that two of the guys that did install the coils did report that it rode a ton better AND took the lean out they had. So, it might fix you up. Be aware that lean can be caused by not only a tired leafpack but also by a bent shock or even a curved leaf perch. ZUK

The ZUK mod is a better option than replacing the leaf springs.

1) It gets the rig up to (or above) factory ride height depending on the coils.
2) Coils don't sag over time.
3) The spring rate of the coils cuts down the body roll.
4) The coils offer a better weight capacity.

Just so you don't think I'm talking out of my @$$

In my current rig I haul close to 400lbs of gear on a camping trip. Camping box, spare fluids, spare parts, spare everything and it carries that weight with no issues.

OP. Your rig looks to have either a busted rear leaf pack or an issue with the TB on the drives side. With that kind of lean I'd be doing a complete inspection of the suspension mounting points on the frame and a serious look at the rear packs.
