will this transmission fit?

hello everyone, quick question for you. I found what i think is a good deal
($500 for 5 spd trans w/ transfer case w/ 100k on it) ( let me know if this is a good deal or not) My only question is that it is from an 89 v6. Will it fit onto my 91 v6? Ok i lied i have one more question. Anything i should look for like problem area's. I am slightly familiar with these transmissions from my 85
4x4 p.u.
Thanks

I bealive it should fit and work just fine. 500$ is an ok deal depending on the condition of it. but it should go with no prob the frame, axle, mounts, motor, shifters all the same in the 3.0 set up. It should be good man. But you can keep reasrching up on it.

Thanks guys for all of your help. I'll soon have the pleasure of converting to 5speed mainly for the reason that i'm just sick and tired of all of the auto problems i'm having. plus i'm more comfortable w/ manual trans offroad

i dont think that the 85s came with the R151F...
i thought that they had either the G or W transmission...

just for the record, they are not the same...

85 22re had the W56 and 22r had the G. He is looking at the R150F from behind the 3.0. R151F come from newer 22re trucks.

$500 is a little much for a r150f and transfercase. I wouldn't pay more then $400.
