how about you give us your list of mods if you've done a bunch of work on it?
Not many people modify the 3vz-e, I prefer to keep mine stock. Can't risk blowing anything on my dd.

What are you trying to achive since most of those mods are begging for forced induction to be added.
To me it seems a bit overmodded for the HP gains you might see which might be less than you'd expect unless an SC is in the future.
What emissions did you remove which most of us can't do?

I did, however, notice a decent power/mpg increase. I'd say at least a whole mpg gain, and much better throttle response. My plugs also showed that I was running rich before-hand, and it totally solved that problem. I'd deffinetely recommend it to anyone with the same issue, or wanting a little extra fuel efficiency and/or fuel economy.

If you are going to stand by your mods and say it adds power, we need to see dynos. So far I havent seen any post of a dyno of a 3vz that has been modded. Unless you are clever and put in a turbo but still have yet to see the dyno for that as well which leads me to believe that it must not be worth it.

Does anybody have a dyno chart from a 3.4???
I don't see a point in modding the 3.0 very much unless you add forced induction. It just doesn't seem like a decent platform to try to squeeze power out of. Most modern day V6 engines around that size are putting out way more power in stock form. A "simple" 3.4 swap will probably get you more power than you'll ever get out of the 3.0 without the addition of a turbo/supercharger.

work at perforamce shop for some time from the gain's i got in the truck is pretty big
the afm is one of the biggest peacs of the puzzle the afm is the main hart beat of gaining power in the 3 slug
the afm is far to small
more air coming in and more fuel added makes power
