I wanna switch my fenders, hood and bumper to the round light 81' style. Can it be done and if...how. Thanks

anything can be done... but why? just buy an 81.

 

Because in Wisconsin if you can find a clean no rust toyota that runs good for under $2000 you got a deal. I paid $900 for a great running 2wd with 181,000 miles. Older toyotas are either all pieces of rusted to or beat to crap....or all fixed up and worth too much. In cali you can look on craigslist, find a deal, tow it home and have a sweet project for cheap (with NO rust!!!). If the fenders are $100 bucks a piece and I find a hood and grill for cheap then hey? I know a lot of people switched the front hood, fenders, and grill on older astrovans to switch the look. Just wondering if it can be done....as a bolt on job. I have always loved the older looking trucks (Datsuns, Hilux's, Luv's) If it was easy, I wouldn't mind spending $500 for frest rust free metal.

 

NO .. they are not interchangable .. mounting is different , door jambs / shapes are different , front lamps are different .. It will NOT interchange
