where does this vacuum line go???? PIC INCLUDED

i just rebuilt my motor and i have figured all the vacuum lines but this one where does it go???

Its not used, and should have a plug on it.

on my 91, that little guy has 3 outlets on it; one is capped off, one goes to the rail with all the vaccum lines on it, and one goes over to a vcv

EDIT:

ah yeah, after reading myyota's responce and looking closer at the pic, you already have to two lines ran to it, so yeah, just cap it off. may only be used on the cali models...

thanx guys.. i was really beating my head against the wall... looking for a loose line some where... its a 90... ill just cap it off then, no cruise for me...
