Where to connect RPM meter on 3VZE?

Hi,

Im using an Actron Tach/Dwell/Volt meter. I cant for the life of me figure out how to connect it to measure RPM's so I can adjust my idle & timing.

The manual is available here: http://www.actron.com/publish/2007/0...lish_16160.pdf

Unfortunately, it only gives specific information on vehicles through 1986...??

Where do I connedt the green wire on this thing! My Haynes isnt informative either, saying "attach the meter using manufacturer instructions."
