I ended up not going. So instead of wheeling I went and bought a hilift jack and a 2"x30' tow strap and "D" ring. Got the hilift mounted, built a limited recovery bag and set up my ruck sack with survival gear. Oh and I bought an in bed air matress that I can use for camping or if I have to stay over night.

The smartest thing I did was send in an application to join the New Mexico 4 Wheelers. I got a reply back and have been invited to a two day club run next weekend to include an over night campout.
