Alright i got 31x10.5 all terrain tires and i got a 4 inch susp lift from roughcountry ,now i want to put 33x12.5 inch wranglers in there now the question is do you think its gonna rub the tie rod end and arm or not?

12.50 tires will clear with stock wheels. BUT you need to fix that inner boot issue there

but i meen its pretty weird cause ive mesured the horizontal scale of the 33 x12.5 tire and it seems that if the tire is equaly proportioned at each side of wheel its gonna rub ? i really dont understand

Depends on wheel back spacind, my friends 15x10 rims with 33x12.50s are too close to have the wheels balanced because they rip off the weights. But my truck with 33x12.50s arent even close. His truck with stock SR5 rims wont even move because they touch so bad. We put them on and tried to back out and it didnt move so we pounded away at the rear brakes and were stumped because the parking brake wasnt holding them til we got upfront and realized what was going on so we pulled off my wheel spacers I had on at the time and spaced them out .5'' and they still werent even close. All about backspacing

With 3.75" backspacing or less you can run 33x12.50" no problem.
If you have stock wheels, get some 1" spacers and you should be fine.
