Wheel Bearing, Bushings?

Wheel Bearing, Bushings?
Hi all, my IFS '94 3.0 5spd pickup needs help.
I recently took it for a spin on some rough terrain in the mountains on the AZ-Mexico border, and about half-way through a loud squeaking started coming from the left front side (I think). The poor little creature has been in need of steering and suspension work for a while, but I haven't been able to afford the parts. Now I suspect that a wheel bearing is going.
Anyway, I took it to a shop to see if they would do an alignment after I repaired/replaced the bearing (it's been pulling slightly to the left since I got it), and they refused, saying that the bushings were too worn to provide a true alignment.
So, I started pricing parts and damn, it's expensive. I normally try to replace *everything* related to the job at hand (with the brand and model parts the truck came with from the factory), but in this case, I can't afford to replace every bushing on the whole truck, or every steering component that is getting worn--not to mention the shocks, which are starting to yelp.
What I would like to know is which bushings I absolutely have to replace in order to align the truck and, if anyone knows, where I can I get the best ratio of quality:price. Any ideas?
Thanks!
