What's your toyota's 0-60 time?

Like the title says, i am curious about those with a 22re?

I found many people when asked to guess what their 0-60 time is are a bit off...

I'm still laughing at the under 4 second selection on the poll.

And why is this,an actual truck topic,in the off topic forum? It would help since you are being specific about which engine since the title will get everybody to click it.

that's not bad... my 1st gen takes 19 sec.

I asked a friend the other day how long it takes him to go 0-60 in his 1st gen auto with the 3.0 and he honestly figured about 6 - 8 seconds

That's why I don't trust people's butt-o-meters. Everybody wants to believe their mods added much more than they actually did, especially people who install throttle body spacers.

Well, it said Toyota, then it said 22re, but, I estimate about 12-15 seconds with the 3.4L... I could be wrong.

In my mom's 4th gen with the 3.0, it does 0 - 60 in 13.7 seconds........................................... ...........................With a 22' boat attached to it. lol.

My 3.0, I dunno as I have a problem with it so it's sitting in the driveway. I will test it eventually.

3.4s in the 4Runners were tested at just over 10 seconds to hit 60.

Did 4th gens come with a 3.0? I thought they all had 3.4.

I think you are right... I moved it to a better place.

With the 3.0, a long time to 60.
With the 3.4, much less time to 60.

I will say my big 'ol dirty and slightly bent up 4Runner does seem to raise more eyebrows when I hit the gas pedal. Doesn't look like she should be able to do that well.

But sure I won't be killing any Corvettes in the near future. Then again, they won't follow me for long when I get to where I want to go.
