hey guys, im a newbie here

ive got a 93 sr5 4runner auto.

i was lookin under the hood the other day and i noticed two holes that have threads in them but no bolt or plug or anything sealing it shut. and theres oil around and under like oil could be comming out.

heres some pics from my phone if your standing at the front passenger tire looking at the engine. i took 3, 1st is zoomed out, 3rd is zoomed in all the way.

any help or thoughts at all would be awesome

 

Can't tell too well, but maybe that's where the Soviet SSN7 fire control system connects.

I can't even tell what the threaded hole is in; is that the cyl head? exhaust manifold?
