yes, i understand, there are small differrences between the turbo, and non. I want to use the w56 because it is much more solid or should i use the turbo tranny? i heard the turbo trans is heavier duty. will the w56 hold up?

That statement doesn't really make sense. But anyways I believe that the turbo tranny is similar to the v6 tranny. I am pretty sure that the clutch is different. Heavier duty. Anyone know for sure and can correct me.

Turbo trans will bolt up to the non-turbo engine no problem. The turbo trans is better than the non turbo, mainly because of the 23 spline t-case shaft and the lower 1st gear ratio.
