I have a 91 SR5 extended cab pickup, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what year trucks and/or 4 runner parts would fit my truck?

Most of them.

But that doesn't help you when YOU know a SPECIFIC part that you want. So check at a dealer:

Find your part, and click the tab labelled "fitment." That will list all the years and models the specific part will fit (which YOU can use in reverse).

It all comes down to what part you are replacing. Some parts span the entire generation unchanged while others received revisions every year or two.

Generally, the 1989-1995 Truck and 1990-1995 4Runner parts will interchange, but like Scope103 said, double check part fitment!

 

Thanks for the info. There's a 87, a 91, and a 94 pickup at Pick and Pull (not sure if you have that where you are, but basically you can take anything from the vehicle). I'm looking for a few miscellaneous interior parts, like window crank, cup holder, rear window lock, dome lamp cover, and then also a power steering pump and maybe a few other engine parts depending on what is there. I'll check the power steering pump with the link provided above, and then I guess I can probably tell by looking at the interior parts.

 

I have gone to Pick 'n Pull a few times for miscellaneous parts too.

The 1991 and 1994 Trucks are the ones to look at. The 1987 won't have much in common but the window crank might fit just fine.
