Post some info about your rig in your sig line, so that we know what we're dealing with.
If you have the 3.0 V6 manual (R150F), then you will be able to bolt it directly to the 3.4, using the 3.4 flywheel and clutch plate, with a 3.0 throwout bearing.
If you have an automatic, then you are going to have to figure out how you are going to address the electronic issues that will be entailed in the conversion.
Do some serious homework in the 3.4 swap section, and you should have a better idea about what your particular project will need.
