What are these tubes?

All my vacuum liness look fine except these 4 tubes with torn ends. I cut them down an inch and now the “new end” is hard as a rock.
My thought is that these hoses need replaced completely.
Anyone know where to get them? They don’t seem like standard vacuum lines.

They're standard vacuum lines. Just a little bit larger. You might have to shop around to find them, but it's worth doing. I have had much less luck using FUEL line (often available in the right size), because what I have found is fiber reinforced, and not stretchy enough.

The ones in your hand in the last photo are the power steering idle-ups. (But you already knew that.)

I used this company to buy all 4 sizes that cover every vacuum hose on our trucks. They are quality vacuum hoses from across the pond, was worth the extra few days to ship. Sizes that cover everything on a 22RE are 3mm, 6mm, 8mm & 10mm.
