Red face What sould I do?!?!?!?

Last winter I put in a new motor in my 1993 pick up and ever since it gets hot ever once in a while and this week it hot super hot on my way home from a friends and it died the radiator hose blew on me. I went back to tow it home about a hour later and i tried to start it and it did after cranking it for a while but I pulled it home and i got the hose and check to see if there was any water in the cylinders by taking the plugs out and turing it over noting came out. i got it to start after cranking it and pumping the gas like crazy and i let it idle for about 10 mins and i atempted to drive it to test it out and it got hot again and now it got it home and it wont start. does anyone have any ideas what it might be please let me know.

Sounds like there might be a blockage in your cooling system.

try burping the system by taking off the cap when the engine is cold and run it like that till its warm, also helps to park on a slight incline

if it blew everywhere when the engine is COLD, that would point towards a blown headgasket.

Go to your parts store and purchase a cooling system pressure tester. Cheapest way I know, given your situation, to test for a bad head gasket or cracked head. You likely got one or the other if its pumping out water. Unscrew the oil fill cap and look for moisture and milky oil. Let us know what you find.
