I have a 5spd manual 3.0. I see where the oil filter goes but there is some other port on the same side but further back. So
Something hooks up there but not on my model. I think mine is just leaking oil.

Is there a way I can block it off or just obtain the oil cooler part since it's leaking anyway.?

 

junkyard, or you could just get the adapter from Toyota (can't remember the part number...or proper name for it right now) and run a second oil filter.

and NO you won't experience any problems with running two oil filters, except that your oil will get filtered twice.

 

or just get the gasket kit to replace what's leaking.

 

90301-68005 is the o-ring part number for under the cap

90430-20012 is the gasket part number between the bolt and the cap

15404-19013 is the union part number if you just want to add a filter to it and get rid of the whole cap assembly.
