What plug where
#1
It's time again for name that plug! I'm re doing my headgasket and have it all together. While I was in there doing everything I found this little guy down below the battery tray but it is neither of the washer fluid plugs. Can anyone help me out and tell me where it's supposed to connect to and what its function is. It has been jumped with a little wire since I bought it.

I definitely checked those. Since it's a 4Runner it has two one front and one for the back but it's baffling since both are already plugged it. It looks like a non OEM radiator could it be some coolant temperature sensor that used to be on the radiator?

Looks like it's close enough to the A/C parts that it could be related to that. I know I've "tested" my compressor on other cars by jumping the connector for the A/C pressure switch (turns off the system when too much freon leaks out). Maybe this could have been done by the previous owner and just never hooked back up. Does your A/C work? Is there are switch port in the A/C line nearby? I guess it is usually near the receiver/dryer.
