What does this wire connect to?

1994 4Runner V6 3.0

I found this wire just laying loose. It connects just beside the ignitor. Where does the other end connect? What is it.

There is a ground wire that runs from ground back to engine. Bolts to the head just below the connectors that hold your ignition wires up, done from memory. I can take a picture.

Makes sense as previous owner replaced head gasket. If you have time picture would be great.

I use imageshack.com. It is free and you just upload the image, it gives you the url for the image and then you use the insert image and paste in the url. It took me two hours to figure it out and then all of my pictures were too large so I had to shrink them down. If you save your image as a PNG file it can be larger.
