well, since my truck blew a headgasket i thought i will go ahead and put in a performance cam. my truck is a daily driver and i do pull a trailer every now and then. i want something to give me more power in midrange. any suggestions on what i should get.

 

In my girlfriends 4runner I put the 261C (Crawler) from http://www.engnbldr.com. On my 4runner I went with stock. Both of these engines were fully rebuilt with new heads. The crawler cam gives you the power a little earlier which is nice. It is a noticeable change but it is still a under powered engine.
