what about Rads?

87 4runner stock (for the moment) just a curious question...I need to replace my rad is there any difference between the rads for the two wheel drive and the four? I am assuming not but I found an inexpensive rad specifing that its for a two wheel drive, the 22re is the 22re right?
Thanx

I think there is a difference, the 4wd ones are bigger. This info is coming from some deep dark corner of my memory so it may be way off base, but I seem to have read something on here about that. Do a search and see if you come up with anything, or maybe someone with less abused brain cells will chime in.

Oh, and you might want to be a bit more clear with your thread titles

Best bet is to check your local yellow pages for Performance Radiator or click here. They were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful of any of the places I dealt with for my radiator replacement.
