[QUOTE=jody.noles;52106748][QUOTE=a51young;52106745]at the bottom of your blower motor, there is a drain for water, from condensation with the ac on. That is where the puddle of water is from near passenger tire usually. There is a little curved pipe with a rubber fitting and gasket. Connects from that little drain to out of your fire wall. This could have come loose, if so, hopefully it got caught on something and didn't get dropped somewhere.

Could this be the cause of a rain leak on a truck without A/C?
If I were a betting man, I would say no...

Any other ideas what may be the problem? I feel like its getting in through the fresh air intake someway based on where its coming from.

I had a truck that leaked around the same area
Turned out it was a seam in the area where the fender apron met the firewall and wiper drip tray.

had to take off the wiper valance and fender to find it.

They sealed this up with seam sealer from the factory. Started rusting and the seam sealer let go. started rusting some more and made a hole into the cab where it would run down and pool on the floor.

Thanks for the info. I suspect this may be my problem as well. I am almost positive it is not my windshield since I just had it out and repaired all the rust in the window frame. I will take a look at this. I appreciate the information. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Was it hard to get the fender off? Any tricks that I may need to know. I have already had the Cowl off when I replaced the windshield so I know its not that difficult.

Thanks again for the reply.
