Weird idle issue on my 4runner

Weird idle issue on my 4runner
i have a 1990 4runner sr5, 3.0liter v6. it runs great, but when i start it, it usually takes a few cranks and then for the first 60 seconds or so, my idle fluctuates. like (idle..bog..idle..bog..idle..bog) after a minute or so it stops and runs perfect, and starts u on the first turn over. is it just the fact that its 20 years old? or just cold? or do i have something going on??
