water in vacuum lines

I picked up a 88 4 runner with a 3.0 and over the winter it was parked due to needing a heater core , well like a dumbass I did'nt have enough coolant in it and it froze , it popped a freeze plug and the haeter bypass tube that runs under the intake.I got those fixed and when I started it , it ran like crap and Ifound coolant in my vacuum hoses , could this be a cracked intake or something else???? By the way head gaskets were replaced 5k miles ago, any ideas would be great.
