Question Water pump brand

Which brand water pump would you put in if it were your truck:
1) Napa house brand, $34.99
2) Duro Pro, $31.89
3) Beck Arnley, $61.49

I ask because the one in the 'Runner is starting to weep a little out the hole under the shaft, so I figure, in this climate, I'd better get a new one in soon...I replaced the one in the p/u back in '89 so I don't remember what I used it it, although it's still going strong. If memory serves, and it seldom does, the impellor on the one in the p/u looks a LOT like the Duro pro...

Thanks in advance for any and all the help I'm sure will be forthcoming.

i've never had a problem with napa's parts. beck/arnley is usually a good bet but often overpriced.

ive got a duralast from autozone, held up fine for 6 months so far with no troubles, and lifetime warranty. i think i paid $30 or so

Interesting that you should mention that. I just replaced belts and hoses on mine, yanked the radiator and therm to give everything a good flushing. While it was apart I danced around the idea of replacing my water pump. This current radiator is the 2nd one I've put in and I know I didn't replace the WP either time. It still appeared to be working OK but this time I decided to replace it anyway. Well the old one cleaned up to show TOYOTA stamped on it and it appears to be the original (I've had the truck for all but 3 years of it's life so I doubt the WP had been replaced prior to my ownership) Pretty impressive after 19 years and 234k miles. Just hope I'm not sorry for ignoring the old adage "if it ain't broke..."

Water pump replacement

Is there anywhere on the site that has good procedures and pics in replaceing the water pump. I've got to do mine also, but I am unsure of the task involved. I plan on doing the timing belt also at the same time.
