Wanting a small lift
So i want to get a small lift, but something noticeable.
I read up on the "2nd gen 4runner lift guide"...and im actually somewhat confused...i had seen the coil & balljoint spacers and i thought that was a pretty good deal for a small lift...and will this lift require me to getting new shocks???...im realy shooting for this lift just not sure if it will be as noticeable or not
and then i came across the 80 series land cruiser coils which seems nice, but then im kind of scared to do this lift becuase idk what i will need to do the lift, such as new shocks, extend breadlines that sort of thing.
but if anyone has another idea for a lift that are noticeable without having to spend allot of $$$$.
Oh and also my 4runner is a 3.0 4wd automatic
Thanks

go with Ball Joint Spacers up front..and some 80 series land cruiser coils in the rear..
and yes you will need new shocks..get shocks that are for 0-2" of lift..people will recommend bilsteins and such because they ARE good shocks..but any shock will work...lol as long as the shock is for 0"-2" of lift

If you get LC coils, they will lift about 3-4''.
OME 901 or 900s, 2.5 inches of lift. Its perfect for a small lift. http://www.jamesdeancreations.com/4r...htm#Suspension

Thanks for the comments guys...cleared some stuff up for me
And also another question...i had come across the firestone airbag kit to fig the one sagging side and a pair of 2" coil...know would the air bags provide any sort of lift with the spacers or not???...and for up front of course the ball joint spacers
oh and also running 33's instead of 31's tires

I wouldnt get air bags, then you have to get a tank and a pump. too much weight. 1'' body lift is really easy, you dont have to mess with anything. Id go for that.
Then maybe some coil spacers or replacemtn springs for the saggy butt.
