vibrations help!!

a couple months back i sheared an axle in the rear of my 4runner and replaced it with trail-gear axles from WABFAB along with 5.29s(done by ZUK), lockers , and new seals all around including the front to. Over the past month i have been having a loud hum and truck vibrates.. it starts at about 50 and worsens till 70 then everything seems to smooth out after that. I had my wheels balanced to see if that mit be the problem but not the case. The tech told me that my rear wheel bearings which were replaced back in september were loose and the wheel does shake back and forth but not a whole bunch could this be the problem? I broke the gears in as told and change the oil very frequently with 85-140W syn.
