vibration issue
or atleast I think it is. I have read most of the vibration posts and there is not one with the exact vibration I seem to have.
I have a 93 extended cab 4x4 22re 90000 miles. I bought the truck in march and have replaced the clutch, 2 u joints, tires (balanced twice) and i still have a vibration from 40 and up. Today I noticed that I had a vibration in the steering wheel at idle in neutral.
After reading, i seems I could have the drive shaft ouf sink or unbalanced.he vibration at idle, possbly motor mount? Idle is right on and no other issues.
Any suggestions? Jim

thanks guys, everything in the driveline is tight and i have been able to run about 100 miles and i think most of the vibration above 40mph was unbalanced tires. the majority of the vibration i now feel is in the steering wheel at all speeds. I did find a bad ball joint that I need to replaced before sticker runs out.
Thanks guys

Vibe at idle is most likely motor mounts or tcase mount. AS far as the vibes at speed I would guess tires but you can also check your center bearing on your rear dshaft, they go bad quite often. Also depending on the mileage it could be your output on the tcase, usual problems are flange is loose or output bearing is worn.
