Very Nice! Any estimate on your labor hours and the cost for parts and materials. When you got fed up with that old Rancho kit fiasco, you weren't messing around. Good job!

im surprised, you did not post up the pics of the front hanger damage from that buggy pulling you out. After seeing the pics, I would be pissed at the buggy for pulling so damned hard, when it was not needed.

$1800 is fairly reasonable for all that you got! Considering you are not set up for welding "in house" three weekends is great progress. Yeah cost of tires doesn't count here, but for those huge meats sounds like a deal to me! What are your plans for gears and lockers? Doubler Transfer case in the future plans?

Nice Vance! You can move your axle forward on the perches, 1" is about the furthest i'd go. Thats how mine is setup since im runnin the TG 3" ..can only go so far with the shorter springs. Works great .. just time consuming since u gotta drill the perches and the top plates.

but free =) You MAY run into problems with the steering arms hitting but i have room to spare still before they contact.

hear is a pic of what i was talking to you about over the phone. you can just remove the whole knuckle
I didnt read thru the whole thread so not sure what this is in reply to.

Just gonna mention when you pull the chunk as aw hole piece like that, which will include the birf and inner axle.. Be aware getting the deal back ON to the axle housing (ie inserting the axle) can be a major PITA. Just a heads up. Just make sure you gots lots of patience stored up before attempting that =)

DUDE, that front hangar carnage is terrible LoL I take it you only welded along the front and not where the hangar is on the frame rails? =)
