Vacuum / wastegate activated exhaust dump valve / cutout?

So I had this idea, since you want to keep the stock back pressure at low rpm so you dont lose torque, but open up exhaust flow at higher rpm to gain power... wouldn't it be SO perfect AND badass to make it so a valve opened and dumped the exhaust when you reach a certain rpm? And then I found the thing below.. is there any line or something I could hook up to the wastegate on this that would open up the butterfly valve in upper rpms (im of course open to modifications to it)?

Don't have any details on this since you don't give any. Other than its a valve....

Microcontroller monitoring rpm signal that switches on either a vacuum or positive pressure pump....

Take about a day to fine tune an arduino or similar off the shelf hacker toy to run the relay.. Take you longer probably to get familiar with the IDE.

Happy googling
