Vacuum Line Question for a 94 3vze

So i was fixing some mixed up EGR and PAIR valve vacuum lines and i'm stumped by the little black outlet that has 3 hook ups for vacuum lines on the passenger side of the engine right above the PAIR valve.

I know one of them is the line from the rear (PAIR) vsv with the orange check valve on it, and one of them is the line from the fender side of the center (FPU) vsv, does anyone know what line is supposed to go on the 3rd port of this thing?

Currently a line running from the passenger fender that tees into a blue cylinder and then into a green and red relay looking thing (maybe another vsv?) is hooked into the third vacuum port on the piece I'm wondering about.

This thread shows what i'm talking about, #7 and #8 are hooked up properly, but on his truck the 3rd connector is blocked and mine is not, what should go there?

ahhhhh okay, thank you very much for the info!
does it matter which line hooks up to which reciever on the three pointed round plastic piece or do they all end up going into the engine the same?

The "third" nipple on the "air filter" is shared between cruise and ADD (through a blue-white check valve).

All three nipples on the "air filter" are the same.
