It's too easy to recommend a floor or bottle without a true regard to space and versatility. I have the interior stripped down, paneling pulled off and with the hi lift broken down, it fits gorgeously into the side pockets. Also, using the 4Runner as a base vehicle for our South America trek the hi lift is a wonderful and multipurpose tool to have. I would not even consider trying to take a floor jack with me and have such a dense piece of gear.

I love my aluminum racer out in the comfort and ease of my shop, but on any trail or trek, I always want my hi jack.

on the flip side it is easy to skip reading the OP's first post about not having a bumper or slider to use a high lift jack on.

I carry both a high lift and bottle jack. You are carrying both too right? A high lift is a great tool however not a universal cure all and can be dangerous in inexperienced hands.
