Uhual Dually
Have some questions for you knowledable folks.
I have 1991 Toyota pick up 3 litre manual.
I have access to a wrecked 1991 uhaul dually with a 3 litre. I can get any parts I want off it for free except the engine and the rear dually axle.
What should I take ?
Anything I can sell for a quick buck on ebay?
Could I put the rear leafs on my truck?
I have a small camper and the rear seems overloaded when it is on the truck. (especially when my dirt bike is in the camper).
Is their a better option for beefing up the rear springs?
Thanks

Beefing up the springs can be done a number of ways: air shocks, overload leafs, add-a-leafs. Dropping a dually axle in spreads out the load a bit more, but won't help sagging springs...
I honestly don't know if those springs will fit, measure them eye to eye... I wouldn't be suprised if they would.
Air shocks might be a less expensive and better option as they can be dialed down when you're not running the camper.
