Dually finally

I just got a 93 toyota dually ,it was a retired pest truck its my first toyota and hoping to make it sweet ,my big question is it wont go over 60 miles hr,dose any one have a Idea is this a engine governer type issue or are the rear gear just to low for speed .Im guessing it carried alot of water weight it has the 300 motor in it and 145k but in nice shape Thanks for any Ideas

i see your in west flordia! im also in your area maybe, being a pest truck it prob was a governor type motor, im also with wabbit on this one search the 3.4 swap, what are your plans for it?
