Turbo 3vze

it’s called purging the inside of the pipe, it’s to shield the weld from the inside. It’s mandatory when welding stainless piping for exhaust. You can see the weld pattern from the inside of the pipe aswell as the outside giving perfect flow!

Very close
As you can see in these photos I’m almost finished with designing this turbo kit all it needs a 3/4 Oil Line from the turbo to the pump. I started building the Exhaust with a v band adapter to the holset turbo with about 6inchs of pipe, exhaust is gonna run to the rear of the truck where it came out factory(behind driver side rear wheel) also I need to do a bit more wiring for boost controller, oil pressure gauge and a vacuum pump.
Some of the wiring looks a little crazy but I need to make sure all of the electronic components work properly in conjunction with each other. The Charge pipe is completely sealed and ready for psi, the turbo manifold is completely sealed and ready for psi, just getting the oiling components on and lots of stainless fabricating!
When this truck is finished I will be making a YouTube video to show everyone in detail the setup.

Turbo 3vze running
Watch the video for yourself, I just recently posted it, as I just got the truck able to start and run, I’m now working on tuning it but I have customer trucks tying my shop up as of right now. This a turbo 3vze, semi built motor, just pistons, ring gap, head studs, mls gaskets, deleted egr, electric fan converted, holset he221W, and much more
