Which trucks came with map pockets?

To be clear - I am asking about the entire door panel. The ones with cloth on them and map pockets on the bottom.
I was not asking about map pockets on the vinyl door panels. I have never seen this unless someone custom fit the map pockets onto the vinyl panels themselves.

I bought a 4runner for parts, installed just the map pockets on my singe cab. Very easy to do, panels have all the holes necessary in place.

I like what you did, but I'm really looking to install the entire panel. I like that it is carpeted - I think it looks much better...less "cheap."
